Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Implementation of templates where parameter type values are not defined correctly will generate an error at deployment.

Describe the solution you'd like
Test parameter value prior to deployment, to be able to test custom types or known types as parameter values.

Support to defined custom types in a local namespace.
