I would like a POC to better understand the scope of work to support Visual Studio. #551 #1141 #1141

Findings:

  1. Snippets are not supported in VS LSP
  2. Formatting looks off
  3. Editor commands - we need editor agnostic solution in bicep
  4. Semantic colorization - we need more mapping in bicep
  5. language-configuration to support - comment/uncomment, indentation, brace matching
