I've just started scratching the service of Bicep and am working against Azure Stack Hub.

2019-03-01-hybrid profile does not seem to be supported? Can this be added?

We don't have support for api profiles in bicep. We are looking into providing aliases for resource types and apiVersions with #622, so microsoft.compute/virtualMachines@2020-01-01 might become virtualMachines. This is going to force us to rethink how apiProfile works in bicep. I'd expect us to work on this as part of our 0.5 release.

Going to close this for now, but let me know if I've misunderstood the ask.
