Build Version: 0.26.54

Repro Steps:

  1. Create a main.bicep file with the following and open it in VSCODE.
  2. Select "Light High Contrast" theme.
  3. Check whether the color is different between "Type" and "output".

Expect:
The color is different between "Type" and "output".

Actual:
The color is same between "Type" and "output".
