When deploying azhop with public ip, let's encrypt is used to generate an SSL certificate. Le'ts Encrypt has rate limits for issuing new certificates, and occasionally the creation of the certificate fails due to the rate limits:

Should the public ip feature be retired? A workaround is to re-run the ood playbook after the window expires, but the window can be up to a week long.
