Describe the bug

The link is mentioned in the "Azure NoOps Accelerator- > Quickstart Deployment - BICEP Section" .is broken. PFB the location.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'https://github.com/Azure/NoOpsAccelerator#quickstart-deployment---bicep'
Click on 'SCCA-compliant landing zones'
Github error page is popping up.

Expected behavior
System should redirect to right place.
