Context

A newsletter can be send to all users in the site, however some email address are invalid

We do have some validation of emails address when sending the newsletter, however there are still some cases to take care of

What

When sending a newsletter, skip emails with interrogations signs
For example: [email protected]

Note

Also apply these changes to the email digest
