Thanks in advance for getting that functioning this month and thank Me later for inspiring a new type of software synth standard and possibly also a new DAW.

Synth One for Mac is coming soon. Regarding routing MIDI & Audio using a DAW, that requires AUv3 plugin functionality, which does not exist in Synth One. Though, you are welcome to add it. (It's a significant amount of work). We'll be adding AUv3 for iOS first.
