Error showing audit history

When requesting “Show edit history” from the options dropdown on the profile editor, it attempts to provide the history but then reports “An error occurred while retrieving the audit history”. Example profile: Eucalyptus calophylla It might be that this error occurs because the edit history retrieved is empty (Deliberately testing profiles with the “Last updated: System; Feb 20, 2020 11:41” status).
