About page configuration - unable to update some text through admin page on collection

As a collection adminstrator
There are some parts of the About page text I can't edit to reflect my collection

See the boxed in red text in the screen shot.
This text can't be edited via the Edit Configuration page as a collection administrator.

This may be editable in the back end as the Flora of Australia text is different.

The individual taxon text should read: For an individual profile, please cite as per the following example. (We have used the genus Loganiaceae by the author Conn, B.J., but please use the author and species name from the profile.)

Only the Weeds Admin username should display as an admin.
