Error archiving Rafflesiaceae #689

Unable to archive the profile Rafflesiaceae https://profiles.ala.org.au/opus/foa/profile/Rafflesiaceae

This is a higher level taxon, don't know if that would cause a problem?

Steps to recreate:

Log in as a FoA collection admin
Open the Rafflesiaceae https://profiles.ala.org.au/opus/foa/profile/Rafflesiaceae profile
Select Options | Edit
Select Options | Archive this profile
Enter a reason for archiving - I used the following:
This profile covers the broader concept of Rafflesiaceae which included Pilostyles in the Flora of Australia Volume 22 (1984). Pilostyles is now in Apodanthaceae.
Select OK

Expected result:
Profile is archived

Actual result:
Error messages and profile not archived.
