UI - Profile pages and .pdf - user can switch headings on or off

As a taxonomist
I want to be able to switch profile page headings on or off
So that I can scan information as per my preferences and not waste space printing headings when I print multiple profiles

Remove headings and put all text into one section.

Needs to include taxon profile view and .pdf.

Before starting this work we need mock ups of both the profile view and .pdf with headings hidden (mockups need to include a variety of profiles, e.g. large and small, complex attribution, complex nomenclature etc.) approved by the committee and agreement they won't change as this is where time estimates blow out. Once this is done, we can review the estimate.

This requirement is for the user to be able to toggle the view options, whereas #179 sets this option across a collection.

We need to decide which option is preferable and whether it needs to part of the production release.
