Map enhancements

Needs investigation. Some ideas so far:

1. Expand the customisation options for maps (need to see what is available)
2. Allow the admin to specify a default config for maps, then let Editors override them for specific profiles
3. Use different symbols for vouchered/unvouchered specimens (is this possible? AVH may not have the info)
4. Give editors the ability to control which records should be included in the map
5. Let editors create a static snapshot of the map to be displayed on the main profile page, and give a 'live' version on a separate tab.

Requirements specific to IEK and for further discussion:

1. show boundaries of specified geographic area/s (e.g. an Indigenous Protected Area) on base map. Also be able to show areas where access is restricted.
2. show records from a particular contributor/s (e.g. a community or ranger group) in a different colour from base ALA records to distinguish between the two.
3. Ability to show records on the map within a private collection, without making those records publicly available in ALA data - for community use of the collection and decision making process about what information to make available
4. Ability to make some records restricted and not visible in a public collection - or not shown by specific location, just that they occur e.g. within the boundaries of an Indigenous Protected Area.
5. Interested in representing 'where travelled' in the context of not showing things in a specific location but where travelled and what was seen.

2. Editors can configure maps via Allow profile editors to define the query used to populate the distribution map #339. It was decided that there was no need to expand the admin options.
3. Distribution map: I think it is necessary to distinguish cultivated records from wild ones, e.g. by colour and/or symbol. #156 introduced colour-coding support, and Would it be possible for maps to include/exclude non-vouchered (observational) records in the ALA #222 allowed the user to switch between the authoritative and 'full' view. Changing symbols is not supported.

Would be good to split out stories for:
