Disable or label support emails from non-prod environments

It looks like non-production environments are sending emails to [email protected] when the connection to the collectory is not available.

We should either label these emails to make it clear that they are from a test/dev environment (you could use the deployment_env variable from the config file/inventory, or disable emails from non-prod environments to avoid confusion for the people on the email list.
