Integrate a better rich text editor

The current rich text editor has limited formatting features (e.g. no headings), and does not display the formatted text properly (e.g. marking something as italics just puts asterisks around it, whereas a decent RTE will show it as italics so you don't need a separate 'preview' panel).

Also the current editor doesn't work properly on mobiles.

Have a look at CKEditor - very flexible, feature-rich, customisable.
