Add digiVol resources to the DigiVol data provider on load

when a new digivol resource is created (usually a result of the scheduled jenkins job - volunteer portal sync) it needs to be added to the DigiVol data provider, dp77 as well. Set the data provider in the new data resource.

There is also a backlog of already created resources that need to be updated with the data provider

All the resources are automatically added to the volunteer portal hub. Will this suffice ?
