Check searching with quoted and BOOLEAN operators #103

It seems the search query is getting munged so that some searches are not giving the expected results. E.g.

https://bie.ala.org.au/search?q=%22red+feathers%22
https://bie.ala.org.au/search?q=red+AND+feathers

Check:

are quotes being stripped out?
are booleans being passed to SOLR "as is"?
why is the last search reporting 0 results but then shows a single result?
