Add social sharing for individual blog posts

  • should include the cover image of the individual blog post which is queried
  • should lead directly to the shared blog post
  • sharing icon could be added in the minimal header in the post-details page

Prerequisite to be completed first

  • although sharing of the link can be implemented we are still looking for a solution to changing the og:image and other meta tags dynamically read more in Discussions - last point
