Switch Search/Show related operations to jsdelivr

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Our commands currently use the skypack api to search and show information from packages, sadly the skypack api seems to be lacking maintenance, we should try to switch away from it.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should re-work our Skypack module/namespace to remove any references to it and make it a more generic search service and provide our own data types, that way we're not tied to a specific vendor in case we need to migrate at a later point.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Remove the Search and Show commands from Perla as we don't really need them and they are offered for convenience
