Activity not showing receives, only sents

if i just send an coin to anyone it will show the send activity, but the receive activity is not showing(if the user just sent to this wallet), but in the tokens it is showing correctly as sent received swap. But in the mainnet it is not showing the previous transaction activities. Also pervious transaction not showing.
