SpokenWOZ dataset: bad audio data encoding #132

Hello,
I find issue with encoding audio data. Files have suffix .wav but they are encoded like mp3. Specifically:

audio_5700_test/SNG0885.wav
audio_5700_test/SNG0903.wav
audio_5700_test/SNG0601.wav
audio_5700_test/SNG0890.wav
audio_5700_test/SNG0877.wav
audio_5700_test/SNG0646.wav
audio_5700_test/SNG0901.wav
audio_5700_test/SNG0653.wav
audio_5700_test/SNG0897.wav

Thank you for being so interested in SpokenWOZ.

Now we update the new version of test audio data and fix the issue about the mentioned dialogue.
