"Hotkeys Disabled" & Slow Loading when logging in using Vivaldi browser #26
Comments
Vivaldi browser uses Chromium under the hood, but it's just a hot mess when faced with Lexiconga even though Chrome is totally fine with it. I'll have to try to figure out some way to fix and optimize. In the meantime, just use one of the major browsers like Firefox or Chrome or Safari instead. (FYI, Lexiconga was built with Firefox as the target.) |
I've found that Vivaldi only runs slowly when the developer console/inspector panel is open. When it's closed, it works correctly! |
I've only noticed this happen in Vivaldi and not Firefox or Chrome, but the first time I log in or load Lexiconga, the hotkeys get disabled even though Vivaldi is capable of using them. Going into Settings and re-enabling then fixes the problem, but it shouldn't be happening in the first place.
