#The Agony of Isaac
##Information ###General This mod works for Afterbirth and Rebirth! You need to choose the correct version to install!
This Readme must not be included for the mod to work properly.
This and all other mods will never disable achievements.
You can uninstall this mod by deleting the following files/folders from your game's resources folder:
- gfx/
- rooms/
- entities2.xml

##Installation ###Step 0 MAKE SURE YOU UNINSTALL ALL MODS AND PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF AGONY FIRST BEFORE INSTALLING THE MOD!
###Step 1 Locate the resources folder of your game.
####Method 1: Directly navigating to the folder:
Follow the Folder Path provided below. these paths are the DEFAULT installation paths of steam.
Linux: $HOME/.local/share/Steam/steamapps/common/The Binding of Isaac Rebirth/resources
Mac: $HOME/Library/Application Support/Steam/SteamApps/common/The Binding of Isaac Rebirth.app/Resources/resources (You have to right click on the App and click "Show contents")
Windows (32-bit): C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\resources
Windows (64-bit): C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\The Binding of Isaac Rebirth\resources
####Method 2: Open folder via Steam
- Open steam client
- Go to libary
- Right click "BoI:Rebirth"
- Click on "Properties"
- click on "Local files"
- Click on "Browse Local files"
- Open the resources folder
###Step 2 In the .rar Archive you should see 3 folders:
- The Agony of Isaac - Not compatible with Afterbirth
- The Agony of Isaac - Afterbirth version
- Basement Renovator patch
###Step 3 Open the correct folder for the version you have on your computer and copy the contents of the resources folder you found into your game's resources folder.
Your game's folder should now have the following files/folders:
- gfx/
- rooms/
- packed
- entities2.xml
###Step 4 Play the game.
##Trouble Shooting
If your game crashes when using this mod you installed it incorrectly or you are using the wrong version.
If the mod doesnt work after installing it check the following things:
Is your game up to date ?
------ If not, update.
Do you have Afterbirth installed ?
------ If yes, make sure you use the Afterbirth version of this mod.
Do you have any other mods installed?
------ If yes, make sure that they don't use the same files, otherwise they won't work together!
