AIVA - AI Virtual Assistant

AIVA (AI Virtual Assistant) is a Windows-based system that allows you to control and run various Windows functionalities using voice commands only. Enhance your productivity and streamline your workflow with this hands-free solution!

Features

Requirements

  • Windows 10 or later
  • Microphone (built-in or external)
  • Speakers or headphones
  • Minimum 4GB RAM
  • 2GHz dual-core processor or higher
  • 500MB free disk space

Installation

  1. git clone https://github.com/AdityaKulshrestha/AIVA.git
  2. cd AIVA
  3. pip install -r requirements.txt
  4. python src\demo.py

Usage

Launch AIVA from the Start menu or desktop shortcut. The AIVA icon will appear in the system tray, indicating it's running. Click the icon to open the AIVA dashboard for settings and customization. Say "Hey AIVA" to activate the voice recognition system. Start issuing voice commands (see Voice Commands section for examples).

Voice Commands

Here are some example voice commands to get you started:

  • "Open Chrome"
  • "Close Excel"
  • "Increase volume"
  • "Decrease brightness"
  • "Search for nearby restaurants"
  • "Send an email to John"
  • "Shut down the computer"

For a full list of available commands, say "AIVA, what can you do?" or check the user manual in the AIVA dashboard. Troubleshooting If you encounter any issues:

Ensure your microphone is properly connected and enabled. Check that AIVA has the necessary permissions in Windows settings. Restart the AIVA service from the dashboard. If problems persist, check our FAQ or contact support.
