Intel drivers currently always migrate entire allocations on a page fault if the hardware is a discrete GPU. If the memory pool is used, this causes the entire memory pool to be migrated every time, which can be massively inefficient.
We should thus disable the memory pool by default on affected devices.
This requires figuring out a reliable way to distinguish integrated Intel GPUs from discrete Intel GPUs.
