Use Default Content instead of database dump

Default Content is simple to use. See https://www.drupal.org/project/default_content

I spoke with @larowlan on IRC, the module works now, but we need to get a few Core and Commerce normalization patches fixed or listed under Composer to get it working:

Hi @skyred, thanks for bringing this to our attention. That module, combined with config export, could be a pretty slick system. We'll take a look and maybe implement that in the future.

I'll leave the status of this open as a reminder to myself and to let you know if any action is made at a later date.
