Hi! Nice program. I have just downloaded and tested the Windows binary.
Your -f option works except it generates Unix linebreak on Windows.
-f
Your program writes \n for LF, but in CRLF, it is '\r\n', though, not a big issue.
\n
Both parameters are identical: (applicable to Windows and Linux)
hexdump -f hexdump.txt hexdump and hexdump hexdump > hexdump.txt
hexdump -f hexdump.txt hexdump
hexdump hexdump > hexdump.txt
Redirection pipe applies to most command-line programs.
Also, in Windows command-prompt, it also can be used in such a way:
hexdump hexdump | more (to scroll line by line, or page by page)
hexdump hexdump | more
