It focuses on serving family offices, asset managers, exchanges, asset-backed token issuers, third-party trusts and financial institutions.

Aegis Custody is a digital asset management solution designed for corporate organizations and is looking for experienced engineers in Taiwan. Aegis Custody provides financial institution-level security by combining a multisignature hardware wallet with a multi-tier cloud architecture. The team of engineers is responsible for designing easy-to-use products and services that enable organizations to safely use blockchain technology and digital assets.

工作內容

Research and develop blockchain service platforms, related applications and smart contracts.

• Develop, implement, and improve cryptographic protocols and design security protocols and architectures.
• Analyze the underlying agreements, operational mechanisms, and underlying implementations of various blockchain protocols.
• Design formulation and development and review of relevant verification test plans.
• Architect blockchain solutions that meet the business needs of our partners.

能力需求

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Management, Information Engineering, other Software Engineering and Computer Science related.

• Proficiency with Python, TypeScript/Javascript and/or other modern programming languages.
• Experience with blockchain technology actual projects is preferred.
• Experience with protocols such as EOS, Ethereum, OpenChain, Bitcoin, Hyperledger Fabric or Corda.
• Familiarity with common smart contract languages such as Solidity.
• Proficient in various data structures and algorithms, research on cryptography, P2P network system development and encryption algorithms, familiar with decentralized, multi-threaded and high-performance design, coding and performance tuning.
• Understand various mainstream consensus algorithms, including PoW, PoS, DPoS, PBFT, Paxos, Raft and others.
• English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing
• Able to learn new technologies independently.
• Proactive, responsible, good at communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

薪資範圍

Base pay $1,300,000 - $2,100,000 annually

Total compensation $1,900,000 - $2,700,000 including base and stock options (compensations can be adjusted according to experience)
