When enemy AI carying AA launcher (Igla in RHS) surrenders, his launcher is present in white box without a rocket. Rocket is not present in the box on its own either.

Btw is there a reason why he does not carry morre then one rocket? In vannila, AA rifleman always wears a backpack with aditional rockets so can fire more than one shot.

Good observation! I'll dig it about the amount of rockets.. probably previous coded adapted the inventory in the init for some reason.

Refer to pull request for technicalities.
Due to the way "magazines" are counted in ArmA, the loaded missile is not dropped by the script. The same applies to all other weapons, i.e. loaded mag in rifle/pistol, grenade in grenade launcher, etc.

Also, all RHS AA classes do not carry extra ammo or backpack. This is consistent for USAF/AFRF/GREF. Maybe a script can be used to issue backpack with extra ammo to AA classes.
