Maybe add another way to login, such as Personal Access Tokens?

@Otus9051 Hey! Can you tell whether any error is been console logged in the terminal?

Maybe add another way to login, such as Personal Access Tokens?

Directly asking for the personal access token might seem as suspicious, that's the reason I have added GitHub OAuth authentication.

is there any kind of error console logged in the terminal? that information would help me to fix the issue

I am literally using a headless KVM VPS which sits in the OVH Headquarters in Germany and lets me access it sitting in India via the powers of the Internet.

I have used thousands of stuff with my Personal Access Tokens (also handily revokable) and never had any problems or any of the ooo shady factor, but still if you want to avoid that atleast add 2 options, one for the browser the other for a token entry.

I understand your problem now. I would be adding a token flag to the login command so that you can pass in the Personal Access Token manually.
