Crimewatch

28/07/2015

First broadcast: on BBC One Scotland HDLatest broadcast: on BBC One Wales

Featuring the latest crime investigations, news and appeals.

In 1994, 38-year-old married mother of two Julie Pacey was murdered at her family home in Grantham, Lincolnshire. Her 14-year-old daughter made the discovery when she returned from school. The programme aired an appeal at the time, but that crucial call never came. Now, 20 years on, Crimewatch reveals a significant new development in the case and hears from Julie's family about what it would mean to finally catch her killer.

Plus, a special report on attacks on the emergency services. The Crimewatch cameras go out and about with police officers and paramedics, experiencing at first hand the terrifying moments when the men and women protecting us end up becoming the victims. With body camera footage and CCTV of officers being shot, stabbed and even run over, we'll see what it's really like to serve on the front line. Show less
