Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. We appreciate your contributions, but in one of your recent edits to Sexual intercourse, it appears that you have added original research, which is against Wikipedia's policies. Original research refers to material—such as facts, allegations, ideas, and personal experiences—for which no reliable, published sources exist; it also encompasses combining published sources in a way to imply something that none of them explicitly say. Please be prepared to cite a reliable source for all of your contributions. You can have a look at the tutorial on citing sources. Thank you. Peaceray (talk) 19:18, 5 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Criticism of Wikipedia, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. You're new so I wouldn't expect you to understand WP:VERIFY. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Laxminarayan Innovation Technological University, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Urban. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

Edits on Bhavish Aggarwal regarding his homophobic comments

[edit]

This is regarding your edit on Bhavish Aggarwal in which you removed the word controversy and replaced it with "personal views." The reason for this seems a bit inexplicable to me. The point is that his personal views did create a controversy. Everyone have personal views and they do not have a place in Wikipedia, only those views which are controversial in this case allegedly homophobic are included on any wikipedia page. That said you also talked about how personal views are protected under Indian constitution. First of all, Wikipedia has nothing to do with the Indian constitution and more importantly the constitution does not guarantee hate speech.

I will revert back your edits unless you have a concrete answer. NerdboiIndia (talk) 18:25, 16 June 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you for deleting my edit in Bhavish Aggarwal. It was contentious and when I went back to check I realized it belonged in Ola Electric to which I moved it. (BTW, the reference is not self-published. New Atlas is a respected publisher of cutting edge tech subject matter.) Jojalozzo (talk) 23:12, 21 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I have sent you a note about a page you started

[edit]

Hi Ilikeyoutoo yay. Thank you for your work on Urban Company. Another editor, TechnoSquirrel69, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:

Thanks for creating this article. I've identified a couple of issues that need addressing for which I've added cleanup tags to being attention to. There is close paraphrasing of multiple sources which need to be rephrased in original terms — see the report. I also believe several of the cited sources are sponsored content posing as news coverage, which should generally be removed. {{subst:TS69/q|r}}

Hi thanks for letting me know that, just want to make sure is the article still on the main space or is it removed? I will rephrase the wordings! Ilikeyoutoo yay! (talk) 05:40, 22 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Regarding edits on Bhavish Aggarwal on work life balance

[edit]

Hi! I saw you recently removed my edits to the Bhavish Aggarwal page and was wondering if you could help me find out the parts that you think are biased and help me make it more neutral and less biased. I was also wondering what you mean by contentious, the news sources I cited all seemed to be saying the same thing. I have undone your edits. Please indicate the exact biases in reporting.

Thanks! NerdboiIndia (talk) 23:20, 25 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Please understand that according to Wikipedia:Biographies of living persons policy, Wikipedia's job is not to be sensationalist, or to be the primary vehicle for the spread of titillating claims about people's lives. Please keep in mind that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia and not a tabloid to have each and every opinion of the subject on the page. Ilikeyoutoo yay! (talk) 11:25, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
@Ilikeyoutoo yay You are right, the same page also says, "All quotations and any material challenged or likely to be challenged must be supported by an inline citation to a reliable, published source" As I have provided inline citations of not tabloids but news sources, everything said is factually correct and, in my opinion, presented as it is, without any bias. The points mentioned are not the views of the news article or my views, they are well established views of the subject. Being a CEO, it makes sense that his professional opinion finds a place on his page. Can you please point out why these particular points are removed and something like this, "Aggarwal was included in Time magazine's 100 Most Influential People of 2018.  With a net worth of $2.3 billion, Aggarwal is one of the youngest self-made billionaires in the world." can stay on the page. Instead of removing the entire paragraph, I suggest you start by challenging each line and let me know which part exactly you feel is sensationalized. I am undoing your edits again. Your claim makes no sense whatsoever. NerdboiIndia (talk) 17:28, 27 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
