[edit]Added a citation needed to the statement that the 'speculation that Penny is an Android was confirmed at the end of volume 1' bit. From what i know, nothing has been confirmed. If someone has an OFFICIAL citation to back this up, please put it there. If not, i'll be changing that bit back to what it was, which stated that it's just common fan speculation. I'll also take this moment to remind people that, unless they have an official statement from either the show or Monty himself, no speculations are to be considered true. Junior/ others appearance in the Volume 2 Opening Animation
[edit]Is this worth adding to the descriptions, considering the episodes will start coming out in a month anyways? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 205.143.222.139 (talk) 10:49, 3 June 2014 (UTC) EDIT: The above is me. Please source all allusions
[edit]The character list needs a serious scrubbing for references, especially the allusions and related references such as animals, mythology, and especially Big Bang characters, of which only TOP is clearly referenced. Remove possible allusions as that is WP:SYNTH. You can cite Monty Oum's twitter feed, Rooster Teeth interviews and posts. Also plot material should be referenced to one of the three volumes and more specific chapters. TV Tropes, YouTube comments, and personal blogs are not reliable sources. Character listings focused on season 2
[edit]This page is focused on the characters introduced in season 2, based on tournament/team listings. Likely half of these characters won't be shown again. Is there a usual theme to display the current information along with future characters, since there likely will not be another tournament? — Preceding unsigned comment added by MJ56003 (talk • contribs) 05:44, 21 February 2016 (UTC)
Japanese voice actors
[edit]Can we add back the Japanese voice actors, since they are starting to dub Volume 2? Vesperia08 (talk) 06:44, 9 July 2016 (UTC)
- No, it's not a Japanese show. You can add them to Japanese wikipedia. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 03:30, 8 December 2016 (UTC)

Organize supporting characters by Kingdom?
[edit]I've been thinking that we should organize the supporting characters and teams into their respective kingdom. How does that sound? — Preceding unsigned comment added by Jkphantom9 (talk • contribs) 19:45, 15 November 2017 (UTC)

Why are there pictures of the actors and not the characters?
[edit]Most of the actors have their own pages. This is an article about the characters, so pictures of them would be far more useful. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2601:601:1400:7A00:B1F5:C849:49E3:5BDB (talk) 19:35, 7 May 2018 (UTC)
- They shouldn't really be in the list as the real-life voice actors are not character references for the design of the characters. However, given the four main voice actors' main notability is because of their role in RWBY, then I can see why they are staying. The pictures of them at conventions were mainly because they voiced in RWBY and attended a related panel.: If there are free images for RWBY characters or ones that Rooster Teeth have released for Wikipedia public use, then you could consider those, but I think that's the reason why they aren't there besides perhaps the cover pictures. No characters table please
[edit]Please stop adding characters tables for this series. This is a cartoon that doesn't have star billing of different voice actors across different seasons. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 17:04, 3 November 2019 (UTC)
Japanese voice cast, pt 2
[edit]I'm looking through the history of this page and it seems like people generally agreed on not listing the Japanese voice cast. However, the Japanese version of BlazBlue: Cross Tag Battle uses the official Japanese voice cast, so should they still be listed? lullabying (talk) 23:33, 10 December 2019 (UTC)
- I don't think it's worth it. There are lots of video games and shows where they reuse the same cast across International versions. AngusWOOF (bark • sniff) 00:49, 21 January 2020 (UTC)
Make individual pages for main protagonists and antagonists?
[edit]Is it alright to make solo pages for main characters, like the members of Team RWBY, Salem, and Ozma?

Individual Articles, part 2?
[edit]I've asked this before years ago, but now I'm asking it again because someone deleted a lot of content from this article. Can we PLEASE make individual articles for the main characters?
--Vesperia08 (talk) 21:00, 29 April 2023 (UTC)
- I think making an article for the whole team instead of each character is better. Ahmad kaluu (talk) 15:19, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
- Why? Is the team independently notable from the series? Compare Straw Hat Pirates AngusW🐶🐶F (bark • sniff) 19:20, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
- I just thought it would be simpler. Ahmad kaluu (talk) 07:00, 23 July 2023 (UTC)

Grimm
[edit]I say that we delete the Grimm section since they're just soulless monsters with a lust for destruction as their only characterization, and a brief summary about them has been given about them on multiple occasions. if anyone disagrees then speak. Ahmad kaluu (talk) 13:28, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
- You can trim it down to just a few paragraphs if you feel this is excessively detailed, or remove the different types, but I don't believe they should be deleted. AngusW🐶🐶F (bark • sniff) 19:03, 22 July 2023 (UTC)
