Ibhayi is a large township near Port Elizabeth, South Africa.

Geography

Ibhayi mostly lies east of the R75 but its northern extensions lie west of the R75. The R75 known as Uitenhage Road links to Despatch and Uitenhage in the north and Port Elizabeth in the south.

The nearby township of Bethelsdorp lies to the west, the industrial area of Perserverance lies to the north, Swartkops lies to the east, the industrial area of Deal Party lies to the south-east and Sidwell lies to the south.[2]

Industries

The Struandale industrial area is a popular industrial node in Nelson Mandela Bay located east of New Brighton and KwaZakhele which are southern sections of Ibhayi. Struandale normally has low vacancy rates as these tenants don’t generally move around.[6]
