'''Brendon McNichol''' (born November 1969) is an American musicianmulti-instrumentalist, best known for his work as a guitaristmember and [[Lap steel guitar|lap-steel]] player forof [[Queens of the Stone Age]] and [[Masters of Reality]]. In 1990, McNichol lived in [[Hollywood, California]]. As a member of the Drills, he released a 5-song EP in 1991 produced by [[Dave Jerden]]. In 1996, McNichol joined [[Masters of Reality]] led by Chris Goss and toured with the band, appearing on the 1997 live album ''[[How High the Moon: Live at the Viper Room|How High The Moon: Live At The Viper Room]]''. In 2000, he joined [[Queens of the Stone Age]], teaming up with longtime friend [[Josh Homme]], as a guitarist, [[Lap steel guitar|lap-steel]] player and [[piano|pianistkeyboardist]].
