In case you'd like to change your accommodation, there are some things you have to take into account, and that's the days of notice before your arrival.

Thus, if you change your hotel 29 days or more before your arrival, you will pay 70% of your accommodation price. However, if you change it between 28 and 15 days you'll pay 90% of the original price and finally, if you change it in less than 14 days you'll pay the entire amount of your new hotel.

If you're looking to cancel your TUI holiday, you've got to pay a termination fee. It depends entirely on how many days in advance you cancel your booking. The fees are as follows:

• 70 days or more: loss of full deposit
• 69 – 63 days: loss 30% of total booking price
• 62 – 49 days: loss 50% of total booking price
• 48 – 29 days: loss 70% of total booking price
• 28 – 15 days: loss 90% of total booking price
• 14 – 0 days: loss 100% of total booking price
