Presently, I am immersed in the enriching pursuit of knowledge as a doctoral student at the esteemed Department of Historical Studies and Archaeology, CUSB, Gaya.
My research ventures delve deep into the realms of Karpoori Thakur, Socialist movements in India, women's empowerment, Caste dynamics, Ambedkar studies, Historical debates, and the Cultural History of India, each exploration fueled by an insatiable thirst for understanding and a passion for illuminating the intricacies of our rich heritage.

movement.
This article attempts to study the affirmative actions like reservation policies for every class of the society, land reforms, universalization of education, etc., taken during the reign of Karpoori Thakur to establish social justice in Bihar.
