Every single hosting plan includes our comprehensive migration service as standard. We'll migrate your websites and email accounts (including historic emails) to your hosting service with us at a date/time that's best for you.

Each migration is carefully planned and carried out by our hosting experts in the UK (sunny Cornwall to be precise!). We don't outsource any of our support, so you'll always have a point of contact throughout the process.

Migrations are completely free, there's no limit to the number of migrations and we can migrate your services from virtually any hosting company.

We understand that moving host can be worrying, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you would like to discuss your migration in more depth.

All of our servers are based in the UK, we operate out of three Tier 3+ datacentres in Manchester, London and Maidenhead.

Each datacentre is ISO27001:2013, ISO9001, ISO50001 accredited and they're also enrolled in the EU Code of Conduct for Data Centres. Being Tier 3+ facilities, they provide N+N redundant power and cooling, as well as VESDA fire protection and FM200 fire suppression. What's more, all three faciliites are powered by 100% renewable energy.

Absolutely. The large majority of the sites we host are WordPress based and whilst our hosting is compatible with basically any website, it's primarily designed for WordPress & WooCommerce.

From our control panel, you can easily install and manage your WordPress sites (updating, cloning & staging) and efffortlessly boost performance using the best WordPress acceleration plugin — LiteSpeed Cache.

Our support team all have first hand experience with WordPress or PHP development experience, allowing us to provide expert WordPress support when you need.

Unlimited SSL certificates from either Let's Encrypt or Comodo (cPanel AutoSSL) are included as standard, we were one of the first web hosting companies to provide free Let's Encrypt certificates on all hosting plans.

If your site doesn't currently have a certificate, we'll be happy to help you convert your site to HTTPS during the migration.

You can create up to five email accounts on the S1 plan and the S2 or S3 plans come with unlimited email as standard. All plans include unlimited email forwarders.

The email accounts are both IMAP and POP enabled, allowing you to use them with any device (iPhone, Android, PC or Mac) or software (Microsoft Outlook, Thunderbird, Apple Mail etc). Webmail is also included as standard.

Daily offsite backups of your entire account (site files, databases, email accounts etc) are included with every hosting plan. Each backup is kept for a minimum of 14 days, allowing us to recover your data from any day in the last fortnight.

If you need more backup coverage, you can also configure your own backup policy using our control panel. The backups can be either stored on the account or uploaded to a third-party service such as Dropbox or Google Drive.
