Deoxys ex (Japanese: デオキシス ex Deoxys ex) is a Psychic-type Basic Pokémon-ex card. It was first released as part of the EX Emerald expansion.

(Any cards attached to Deoxys ex, damage counters, Special Conditions, and effects on it are now on the new Pokémon.) If you do, put Deoxys ex on top of your deck. Shuffle your deck afterward. You can't use more than 1 Form Change Poké-Power each turn.

Release information

This card was included in the English EX Emerald expansion with artwork by Mitsuhiro Arita, originating from the Deoxys Half Deck of the Japanese Gift Box Emerald. It was reprinted in POP Series 4 with different artwork by Hiromichi Sugiyama, originating as one of the Japanese PCG-P Promotional cards. In Japan, this print was available as an insert in Volume 3 of Pokémon Wonderland, released on December 17, 2004.
