Charles Davis (1870-1946) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.

He was nominated by President Calvin Coolidge on February 27, 1928 to replace Adolph Hoehling. He was confirmed by the Senate on March 29, 1928, and received commission that same day. On February 4, 1941, he assumed senior status. He served until his death on September 17, 1946.[1]
