Joseph A. "Joe" Glean (b. November 12, 1974) was a 2013 independent candidate for District 44 of the Virginia House of Delegates.[1]

Glean ran in the 2013 election for Virginia House of Delegates District 44. He was defeated by incumbent Scott Surovell (D) in the general election on November 5, 2013.[2]
