Joseph Biddle Wilkinson
Joseph Biddle Wilkinson (1845-1915) was a federal judge on the Board of General Appraisers, which later became the United States Customs Court.
Wilkinson was nominated to the Board by President Benjamin Harrison. He was confirmed on July 16, 1890.[1] He served until his forced resignation[2][3] was accepted by the President in 1900.[1]
