A vote about whether to recall Johnny McMahan from his position as mayor of Bauxite, Arkansas, took place on November 6, 2012.[1] McMahan was retained in office.[2] Bauxite, a town with 487 residents, is located in Saline County.
Background
Former Bauxite city council member Debbi Purifoy alleged that McMahan failed to pay attention to her request for information related to city taxes.
