Edward Harris was a federal judge on the United States Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit. He was nominated by President Thomas Jefferson on April 27, 1802. He was confirmed by the Senate on April 29, 1802, and received commission on May 3, 1802. He served until the court was abolished on July 1, 1802. Harris died on March 28, 1813.
