Levy ran for Vermont Governor in 2012. He faced Peter Shumlin (D), Randy Brock (R), Emily Peyton (Independent), and Cris Ericson (United States Marijuana) in the general election on November 6, 2012.[1] Eagle was defeated by incumbent Peter Shumlin in the general election.[2]
