The Arkansas Repeal Amendment 44 Proposed Amendment, also known as Proposed Amendment 3, was on the ballot in Arkansas on November 6, 1990, as a legislatively referred constitutional amendment. It was approved. The measure repealed Amendment 44 of the Arkansas Constitution.[1][2]
