Adam Cliffe
Adam Cliffe (1869-1928) was a federal judge on the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
He was nominated by President Warren Harding on December 20, 1922 to a new seat created by 42 Stat. 837. He was confirmed by the Senate on December 22nd, and received commission that same day. He served until his death on June 12, 1928.[1] Cliffe was succeeded in this position by Charles Woodward.
