Food was great! Service is excellent Mark and Vincent were very attentive to our needs when we celebrated our helper's bday with family. Mark saw that my mum was cold and he immediately took a shawl to cover her which kept her warm. Vincent immediately top up our water before we even bring it up. These 2 are the reason why we would rather eat at 5 stars hotel restaurants rather than other places

I want to extend my sincere thanks to Ryan, the concierge staff, for his assistance. Traveling with our two-year-old daughter and our luggage, we were trying to check in at the hotel across the street from Sofitel but found ourselves stranded due to the heavy rain. Ryan saw that we were exhausted at the entrance of the hotel and offered his help after attending to the guests at Sofitel. Because of Ryan's exceptional hospitality, we will definitely choose Sofitel for our next visit to Singapore.

Loved our stay at Sofitel Singapore City Centre. Staff were wonderful and friendly, with loads of tips from concierge and reception staff regarding public transport, shopping, things to do. Room (2004 - ‘Luxury Room’) on the Club Floor was large, and beautifully appointed. Laurent-Perrier in the Lounge is a welcome touch :) Housekeeping were excellent and we were offered our choice of turn down time (didn’t take them up on that because we figured they had enough to do without people dictating specific time!). Pillow menu was appreciated - there were large, fluffy feather pillows on the bed but we prefer the hard foam ones which were available and brought up swiftly.
