BREAKING

- Use space as delimiter by default in output.

    The original behaviour is preserved under the `-t` flag.

This releases switches back to Go.
Now xkcd936 uses BIP32 word list and allows generating up to 12 words
(the default value is still 4).

It can also be used as a Go library.

Build instructions:

- Support building a static linked exectuable with buck.
- Fix build instructions in README.

Output a newline after generated password.

Switch to C and generates 4 instead of 5 words.
