I am a lecturer in Department of CS of Oxford University, with PhD in pure mathemathcs, and many publications.
Here I mainly work -- often in my spare time -- on developing and maintaining open-source computer algebra and numerics software, such as SageMath and its packages, in particular GAP, Singular, SciPy, and a number of other libraries, mostly written in C/C++, Python, Fortran (and even a bit of Lisp).
Sometimes I write shell scripts, m4 scripts for Autotools, and a bit of cmake. I know too much about git, and sometimes do bits with GitHub's Actions.
